Our founder, Joe Pepitone, has been serving Downers Grove and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. While continuously leading the industry, Joe made the decision to leave the big franchise companies and start a private brokerage based on his tried and true philosophies and strong work ethics.

JOE PEPITONE REALTORS was established in July of 1998. The company selected and was joined by high caliber, top quality sales agents who believe in hard work, dedication and the importance of a job well done. Although our staff numbers under 15 agents, we continue to lead the area in sales volume.
